All customers are required to read and understand rules and terms before any service is performed. This is found at the bottom of our services page.  Once you've read this submit the contact form.  An appointment will be sent to you to confirm or deny.  Customers must acknowledge via text, email, or phone call.  Customers that don't respond within 24 hours will not be gauranteed our business. Once appointment is confirmed customer is required  to initial contract.  Once appointments are initialed they will be considered accepted.  If you have any questions please ask about this agreement!
